Our customer service is available by e-mail (you'll find it in the contact tab at the bottom of the page), and we'll try to answer your e-mail as soon as possible. It is also possible to phone if your problem has not been solved by email. We'll do our best to help you.


It's important for us to establish a relationship of trust between you and us, so we'd be delighted to receive any feedback you may have on our site or by e-mail.




If you wish to resell our candles and scented fondants, you will need to send us a complete email with your request, asking us to authorize the resale. It is not permitted to resell our products without written proof of our approval.


With regard to resale, our brand must remain authentic on the packaging, and it is forbidden to remove G & C to use any other brand. We reserve the right to claim compensation in the event of non-compliance with our requests. In addition, we wish to ensure that the authenticity of our principles is communicated to buyers. It is also important to us that you are transparent with the customer about our products.


Sales and resale prices are determined by Glam & Chic.
